Shawnee State Park
Shawnee State Park is a pet-friendly recreation area within the Shawnee State Forest in West Portsmouth, OH. With its stunning scenery and extensive trail system, including access to two lakes and the Ohio River, the park provides ample opportunities for hiking, boating, fishing, swimming and picnicking amidst the beauty of the "Little Smokies." You'll even find an on-site dog park, which is fully fenced with separate areas for large and small dogs and pup playgrounds.
