Shikellamy State Park

Check out the dog-friendly Shikellamy State Park in Sunbury, PA. Leashed pups are welcome at this recreation area, which is divided into two separate sections due to the confluence of the north and west branches of the Susquehanna River. The 50-acre Marina Section is at the tip of Packers Island and features picnic areas, paved paths and beautiful views of the river. The 360-foot cliff is the main feature of the 190-acre Overlook Section, as it provides incredible views, and you'll also find picnic tables, hiking trails and pavilions.
