Leashed dogs are welcome at Fort Niagara State Park, a pet-friendly recreation area in Youngstown, NY. Hiking, biking, picnicking, boating and cross-country skiing are all popular activities here. A maximum of two pets can join you at the park’s campsites and day-use areas. Pets are to be supervised and on a leash under six feet in length, and aren’t permitted in playgrounds, buildings, golf courses, boardwalks, pools, spray grounds or guarded beaches.
