Concord Point Park is a scenic, dog-friendly spot in Havre de Grace, MD, nestled right by the water. It's a great place for a leashed walk with your pup along the grassy areas and paved paths. Please note that while dogs are welcome in most areas of the park, they aren't permitted on the promenade boardwalk.
