Cedar River Trail

The Cedar River Trail is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization that is working to create a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines and connecting corridors. Previously an unused railroad corridor, this "rail-trail" is now a great place to walk Fido in Renton! The map below shows a parking area with convenient access to the Cedar River Trail. Rails-to-Trails Conservancy has generously provided map data for this trail to Bring Fido for informational purposes only. For more detailed trail information, please visit TrailLink.com. Nice walking trail near the dog park!

This is a nice paved trail to walk, bike, or run on. We saw multiple other dogs on this trail. It runs right past the Cedar River Dog Park.

    Plenty of Green Space

This is a great place to take your pup for a stroll! We didn’t check out the dog park on our visit, but it looked very spacious, was fenced, and had a cool training/obstacle course.
