Your leashed companion can join you on the beach from May 15th to September 30th between 7pm and 9pm, but only on areas washed by the tide line. From October 1st until May 15th, Fido has all-day access in areas washed by the tide line, but must also remain leashed. The City of Ventnor requires Beach Badges from Memorial Day through Labor Day for visitors over the age of 12.
