Dog-Friendly Activities in Champigny-sur-Veude, FR

Fido is welcome to join you as you swirl, sniff, and sip a glass of wine at the Chateau du Petit Thouars. Dogs are allowed unleashed on the estate, except in the cellar, where the wines are vinified and aged in barrel. In the cellar, dogs must be on a leash. Dogs are welcome in the tasting room where they can enjoy a drink of water. A variety of tours and tastings are offered at this Loire Valley vineyard and chateau, varying in price. Chateau du Petit Thouars recommends the Picnic in the Vines Tour and Tasting to dog owners, as it allows them to picnic outside with their pet at a dressed table in the vineyard. Interested parties can book online, in advance. Chateau du Petit Thouars is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30am to 6:30pm.
