Leashed dogs are welcome to join you at Les Grottes De Presque, a cave system located in Saint-Medard-de-Presque, France. Réserve écologique des barails is dog-friendly. This park features many kinds of roses, including some from the Alps region. There are also wild orchids, magnolias, a natural forest and wildlife who call the park their permanent home. Leashed pups are welcome to join you for an outdoor adventure at this pretty park in Bordeaux. The park opens every day at 8:30am.
Although not officially a dog park, the grassy areas along the river between the Place du Marché and the Water Mirror are great places for walking your dog. Many breeds, large and small, gather off-leash on the lawns. While, officially, off-leash is not allowed there is a general tolerance as long as the dog is socialized and well- behaved. There are plenty of dog waste bag dispensers and water fountains along the way. Another great thing is that you can travel on all public transport (bus, tramway and even boat!) with your dog and free of charge.
