'Mount Washington Overnight Adventure' is a pet-friendly Airbnb Experience hosted by Drew. Leashed dogs are welcome to join their owners on this strenuous hike to the top of the tallest mountain in New Hampshire and the Northeastern part of America. The experience lasts 1 day and can accommodate up to 8 guests ages 18 and up. The activity level for this Adventure is strenuous. This hike is 10 miles up steep terrain and is challenging. Nansen Ski Jump State Historic Site
Nansen Ski Jump State Historic Site, also known as the Sleeping Giant, in Milan, NH, is pet-friendly. Constructed between 1936-38, this used to be one of the foremost ski jumps in the whole country. Skiers would race down the hill at high speeds and fling themselves from the jump. The ski jump has a 171-foot steel frame tower and supports a 310-foot runway. You won't see anybody going down the jump these days, as it's been out of use since 1988, but you can still explore the area with your pooch and imagine the competitions that have gone on here in the past. Some regeneration is underway of the dilapidated area.
