There are paved walking paths in this park on the banks of Lake Maracaibo with panoramic views of the General Rafael Urdaneta Bridge. There is also a statue dedicated to the rescue dog, Tsunami, who helped save dozens of people in the aftermath of the 2026 Venezuela earthquakes.
