Congressional Cemetery Dog Walkers The K9 Corps at Historic Congressional Cemetery is a private dog walking program, bringing life, community, and volunteerism to this extraordinary burial ground in Washington, DC. Dog walking at the cemetery is permitted by membership only. Membership is annual and runs from March 1st through the last day of February the following year. Prospective members may sign up by clicking on the Waitlist tab on the Cemetery Dogs website. The K9 Corps membership dues provide for maintenance of the grounds and assists with administrative costs. It is organized for the continued support of the ongoing work at Historic Congressional Cemetery through funds raised from donations and each member's ongoing volunteer work. Day passes can be obtained at the front gate for a small fee. See Details
