Plan your visit carefully around the tide table in order to be able to walk the ocean floor when the tide recedes. This will allow you to get close to the rock formations that resemble flowerpots. Fido is welcome to join you on a leash that is 10 feet or shorter (you can rent a leash at the admission kiosk if you don't have a suitable leash with you).
