The pet-friendly park lies in a basin 4 miles wide by 6 miles long, 15 miles southwest of Overton, Nevada. Its elevation varies between 2,000 and 2,600 feet. You'll see petrified trees dating back more than 2,000 years! Pets are welcome, but they must be kept on a leash of not more than six feet in length. They are not allowed in the Visitor Centers.
