Ride for the Animals presented by Finish Line Feed combines exciting equestrian jumping competitions with fun dog contests all to raise money to help homeless pets at the Humane Society of Broward County. Show off your dog's hidden talents in contests including Silly Dog Tricks, Dog-and-owner-look-alike and Doggie Costume contests. This event is fun for families and kids of all ages. Visit the Humane Society's mobile adoption unit -- you just may find your next fur-ever friend! Fundraiser BBQ, raffle prizes and more! Schedule of Events: Mobile Adoptions & Raffle 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. Dog Contests -- 2 p.m Dog and owner look-a-like, Silly Dog Tricks and Doggie Costume Contests. ($5 per class) Spectator Sports - 3 p.m. Three legged race, water balloon toss, hula challenge and more! ($5 per class) All-you-can-eat BBQ - 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. ($7 pp) Equestrian events -- 4 p.m. (or 30 mins after horse show ends) Compete for CASH prizes in Sit a Buck, Walk Trot and everyone's favorite, Crazy Calcutta, timed obstacle course.
