Description
Halloween isn't just for children. Our furry friends deserve some fun, too. Glen Foerd invites dogs, dog owners, and dog lovers to our First Annual Howl-o-ween Hound Day. Dog not required. The Philadelphia Police K-9 Unit will showcase their heroic dogs. Enter your dog in the costume contest and dog trickery contest. Prizes will be awarded in different categories. Dogs will enjoy a nail clipping spa, souvenir photo booth, artisan doggy treats, and behavior therapy sessions (aka training tips). Humans and their kiddies will have fun with old-fashioned lawn games and other activities. The event begins at 10 a.m. The event supports Philadelphia's Police K-9 Unit. Cost: $10 per human, $1 per dog; Children 3 and under free. Additional donations are welcome!
