Tri-County Animal Rescue will be attending MADISONS New York Bar & Grill on Tuesday, September 23rd from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Admission is $20 in advance, $25 at the door and $10 for TCAR volunteers. The cost of admission includes appetizers and a beverage. All the proceeds of this event will go directly to the animals of Tri-County.
