Ocean Drive, Hollywood Beach REGISTRATION: 5:00 PM WALK: 6:00 PM (1 mile roundtrip barefoot on the beach) CELEBRATIONS: 7:00 PM The Walk for the Greyhounds Barefoot on the Beach, is an annual fundraising event celebrating "life after racing". We will get together for an evening of fun and friendship and support of greyhounds. All well-behaved dogs of any breed are welcome to join us for this special night of fun and activities. We will have many Games and Contests, including: Best Greyhound Sit, Baldest Butt, Best Tricks, Musical Chairs, Owner-Pet Look-a-like. There will also be a Raffle, a Boutique featuring Greyhound items, especially our beautiful collars which can be used on any breed of dog. There will also be complimentary Vegan Food, a Volunteer Award Ceremony, and a Blessing of the Dogs by the Franciscan Brothers. We have crafted amazing gifts to reward everyone for their fundraising efforts. Ask your friends, co-workers and relatives to make a contribution for the Greyhounds. Sign un today and start sharing. Registration includes participation in Walk, Contests, Complimentary Vegan Food and 1 Raffle Ticket. We encourage you to collect donations for the dogs to help us continue to care for them.
