11:00-12:15 FREE screening of 'Pet-Fooled,' a recently released national feature film documentary exposing the inner workings of the commercial pet food industry. This film is being shown in major cities throughout the country through independent channels, but we have it here! Featured in this film are leaders in the field trying to raise awareness and make positive changes: Dr. Karen Becker, Integrative Veterinarian; Dr. Barbara Royal; Susan Thixton,the FDA, and others. 12:15-12:45 Q & A Session with Dr. Linda Stern, Integrative Veterinarian; Billy Hoekman, Natural Science Coordinator at Answers Pet Food; and Barb Emmett, Nutrition Consultant and Proprietor of Godfrey’s. 12:30-1:00 LUNCH provided, but we need to know actual count to order enough for lunch. 1:15-2:30 “Small Details Make a Big Difference” with Billy Hoekman. A valuable look into very important but often overlooked aspects of your pet's food and the benefits of raw foods. The emphasis is on general dog and cat nutrition and how it relates to raw food, fermentation, and more. Answers Pet Foods is providing free products, but we again, we need to know the actual count to order enough free product.
