Mark your calendars for Paws in the Park!
This annual dog friendly event will be held from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on August 28-29, 2010 at Heritage Park in Canton, MI. Sponsored by The Humane Society of Huron Valley. Admission is $4 in advance, $5 at the gate, and kids under 10 are free, and benefits The Humane Society of Huron Valley and Canton Leisure Services.

Description
The 2nd Annual Paws in the Park Pet Expo features over 150 vendors and amazing pet demonstrations including the Ultimate Air Dogs - one of the premier dock jumping organizations in the country, ULTIMATE AIR DOGS puts on professional events that draw in thousands of spectators while maintaining a family friendly atmosphere.
Also demonstrations and entertainment by:
- Chase It Lure Coursing: In Lure Coursing, dogs chase and artificial lure around a fenced in field.
- The Rock 'N Roll K9's: The entire family will enjoy the Rock n’ Roll K9’s show. Dogs and their trainers’ groove to rock n’ roll music while showing off their extremely talented trick dogs.
- Pawsitive Vybe Frisbee Team
