Come out for a Canine/Cat Carnival & Adoption Event at Springbrook Animal Care Center! Meet adoptable pets from local rescues looking for forever homes, enjoy food/refreshments and ice cream for both people and pets! Bring your pet in costume for a contest starting at 12PM for a chance to win prizes!
