Procedure Costs: Dogs weighing less then 50 lbs: Spay $60 Neuter $50 Dogs weighing over 50 lbs: Spay $100 Neuter $75 Also offered: Rabies - $5 (Required if not current) Pre-Surgical Bloodwork - $30 (HIGHLY recommended for dogs over 6) DA2PP (Distemper/Parvo Combo)- $10 Bordetella (Kennel Cough) - $10 Heartworm Test - $5 Microchip services - $25 e-collar - $10 Post Surgical pain injection - $5 Take home pain meds - $5 Frontline dose - $10 Bath - $25 Nail Trim - $10 Ear Cleaning - $10 We are only able to complete 35 procedures that day. You would drop your dog off between 7-8AM and you will then be given a pick up time. We are asking that you bring your dog's crate if he/she has one. If you do not have one, one can be provided upon request. For spays and neuters, YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER. We will then send you an authorization form that needs to be returned with payment by March 1st. If we do not receive the form and payment by the deadline, we cannot reserve your appointment. Make sure you get your information in today so we can reserve your spot! The more dogs not having puppies, the less puppies that will be put down at the shelter! Take the "Eu" out of euthanasia and fix your dog! THERE WILL ALSO BE A WALK IN VACCINATION CLINIC THAT DAY. NO APPOINTMENT NECCESSARY! You can stop in at any time during the day of the clinic.
