BringFido to the Village of Blowing Rock to celebrate the fun side of winter at this annual event! Events include the icy Polar Bear Plunge in Chetola Lake, Ice Carving in Memorial Park, a winter beer garden, annual K-9 Pull, a Winter Paws Dog Show and more!
