Description
Bring your furry, four-legged friends for the dog-friendly B.A.R.K. Ranger Hike in Van Buren, MO, a short hike around Big Spring. Following the hike, Fido will officially get to become an Ozark National Scenic Riverways B.A.R.K. Ranger and receive an exclusive Riverways B.A.R.K. Ranger bandana. Participants will also learn about the B.A.R.K. code of ethics when visiting Ozark National Scenic Riverways with their canine: Pet waste collection bags will be provided. All dogs must remain on a six-foot leash at all times. Retractable leashes are discouraged unless they can be limited to a six-foot range. It is recommended that owners bring water and a watering dish for their pets. Big Spring is located 4 miles south of Van Buren on State Highway 103.
