2nd Annual Africa Weeks for the Animals

Throughout the week humane orgs, educational institutions, animal shelters, agencies, and organizations throughout the country will be hosting scores of wonderful animal-related special events. Educators, students, businesses and caring citizens across will be joining in, creating and planning exciting activities to celebrate and most importantly help build awareness, protection and conservation for the animals. Events will include conservation awareness events, educational days, adoption fairs, spay and neuter awareness events, shelter/sanctuary help days, clinics, entertainment events to benefit animals, pet first aid workshops, student art events, activities for the farm animals and education geared toward helping those most in need. Also to be included are animal meeting events, educational programs, blessings for the animals, and full-filled festival days for families to come and enjoy food, music and the always amazing animals!
