Description
Welcome in spring and warm up your body and mind while bonding with Fido at this fun event taught by local yogi and Chicago’s leading doga expert, Gary Alexander. The 45-minute session will incorporate traditional yoga poses and physical postures for you and your pup that enhance your stretch and practice. Simply bring your pooch, a yoga mat or beach towel and a bottle of water! Socialized dogs of all ages and sizes are welcome. No previous dog or human experience is necessary. Make sure to reserve your spot!
