This dog friendly event will be held once from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on August 20, 2011 at Essex Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Beverly, MA. Sponsored by Healthbridge Management and Unleashed by PETCO. Admission is $5.00 and benefits Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation.

Description
Essex Park Nursing and Rehabilitation is hosting a charity dog wash on 8/20 from 9 AM to 1 PM (rain date on 8/21). All proceeds will be donated to Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation. We are also collecting items for the Northeast Animal Shelter in Salem, MA. Come treat your dog to a shampoo, rinse, and towel dry for $5. Come talk to area vendors, partake in our raffles, and take away treats for your dog. At 10:15 Salem resident Don Armell will be doing a guide dog demonstration with his Fidelco puppy. At 11 am the Essex County Sheriff's Dept. will be doing a K9 demonstration. Open to the public. Dogs must be leashed during the event.
