Description
The Kiwanis Pet Parade kicks off the NOTO LIVE Festival, a fun-filled day celebrating performance art. The parade will feature pets of all kinds, and there will also be live music, food vendors, and activities for all ages throughout the day. Bring your leashed pup along to join the fun!
