Meet pet portrait artist, Todd Belcher at the Roy's Folks Art Fair. Friday, November 21 at the Salvation Army Family Life Center, 301 West Green Drive, High Point, North Carolina, 6:00am-5:00pm. In addition to signing up new commissions and gift certificates, Todd will have beautiful dog and cat cards and prints available for sale and you may also enter to win a free custom portrait.
