Description
This dog-friendly Halloween event features trick-or-treating from decorated vehicle trunks, a costume contest with prizes and adoptable dogs from Save-A-Bull. Pets and people are encouraged to dress in costume. No registration is required, and all pets must remain leashed or in a carrier.
