Howl-a-ween Doggie Costume Contest and Pet Adoptions Event

On Sunday, October 28th, Unique Vintage Boutique will be holding a Howl-a-ween Doggie Costume Contest and Pet Adoptions Event in Burbank. (see flyer below!) The fashion boutique will be awarding the owner of the best dressed pooch with a $250 gift certificate to Unique Vintage along with a special treats basket (for doggie). Unique Vintage is proud to be pairing with Pet Mania Burbank (www.petmaniaburbank.com) and Saving K9 Lives (www.savingk9livesplus.org). Both animal rescue organizations will be holding on-site dog and cat adoptions and offering information on how to take care of your adopted pets. To encourage people to give these animals in need a forever home, Unique Vintage is paying half the adoption fee. There will also be someone on-site collecting blankets for homeless animals in shelters from Operation Blankets of Love (www.operationblanketsoflove.com). Aside from the fun animal activities, the entire store will also be on sale! Receive 20% off all items (excluding clearance and bridal gowns). And employees will be handing out free gifts with purchase (while supplies last). To treat those hunger pains, the finger lickin' Buttermilk Food Truck (www.buttermilktruck.com) will be parked out in front of the store serving up tasty breakfast-y items all day. The event runs from 11 a.m-4 p.m. The Doggie Costume Contest will be held at 3 p.m. Please help spread the word...it's going to be an amazing and fun day out for the entire family!
