Dog Events in Acton, MA

Run or walk this peaceful (but fun!) 5K through the beautiful Mine Falls for a good cause. Operation Delta Dog rescues dogs and trains them to be service dogs for veterans - all at no cost to our veterans! This is one of the few 5K events in the area that welcomes you to run with your four-legged leashed running partner. There will be prizes waiting for all dog finishers, as well as special awards for best dressed pups, matching outfits with their human runners, fastest human/dog team and more.

Bring Fido for a fun afternoon filled with dogs, silent auction with amazing items, delicious BBQ meal, cash bar, and socializing with other dog lovers! Tickets include a delicious buffet catered by Firefly BBQ and one raffle ticket for a brand new Apple iPad. All breeds welcome.

A charity 5K run/walk that welcomes runners, walkers, and their dogs to Hopkinton State Park to raise funds for the Baypath Humane Society. The event features a Doggie Division for participants running or walking with their dogs, vendor village, and community activities supporting animals in need.

Bring Fido for a fun afternoon of live music, vendors, food, contests, and more than 150 animal organizations broadcasting their causes. Attendees can meet adoptable pets, learn from educational exhibits, and connect with animal welfare groups working to protect and support animals. The event also hosts contests, demonstrations, and interactive activities to engage both pets and their owners.

Grab your sneakers and Fido's leash for a day on the trails. You can enroll in a 5K walk/run or a 1-mile fun run that welcomes all age levels. After the race, enjoy music, vendors, doggy demonstrations, and more at the Health & Fitness Fair. Costumes are encouraged (but not required).
