Dog Events in Elk, CA

This dog-friendly carnival for small dogs features games, prizes, fun photo opportunities, treats and plenty of playtime. Little dogs can socialize, enjoy carnival-themed activities and make new friends while their people cheer them on.

You can browse vintage vendors, makers and artists, enjoy live music, check out food trucks and join workshops and outdoor lawn games together with your dog.

Participants will meet at Barnhouse Napa Brews at 8:00 AM to receive their coffee and t-shirts. The walk will begin afterwards and include a 1-mile loop through beautiful Downtown Napa and finish at Veterans Memorial Park. Leashed dogs are welcome and costumes are encouraged for everyone! Please bring water for your pup.

You can shop from local makers, merchants, and artists, enjoy festive music and dance performances, and take part in activities, a bar, and food from local restaurants while your dog stays on leash. The tree lighting happens at 6 PM.

You can enjoy organic wine from four East Bay wineries, amazing food pop-ups, and great community while your well-behaved dog joins you.

You can enjoy a festive holiday market with your dog, including the annual tree lighting, performances, arts and crafts, and makers and merchants. You can also explore the nearby dog-friendly shops and restaurants offering special events and specials.

Leashed dogs are welcome at this bi-annual show that features local vendors in a waterfront setting. After the show, grab a bite or a drink from dozens of area restaurants or bars.

Bring Fido aboard the Magical Christmas Train operated by the world-famous Skunk Train. Leashed dogs are welcome to join you for this special ride throughout the holiday season. Be sure to purchase your pup his own dog ticket. You'll enjoy seasonal treats and decor on a wonderful journey through the redwoods to Mr. Skunk's Giant Christmas Tree, a decorated redwood along the rail line.

You can join a guided walk to key locations tied to the Free Speech Movement and other 1960s protests, then discuss Berkeley institutions that helped shape those events. Your well-behaved dog is welcome to come along.

You can join a 4-mile neighborhood walk along the Great Highway and back, with a casual pace and a 90-minute to 2-hour route. Your dog can come along as long as he's well-behaved and kept leashed. Please RSVP via the event website.
