Dogs and their people can compete for grand prizes in categories including Best Costume, Cutest Costume, Scariest Costume, Best Dog and Human Duo, and Best Dog and Child Duo.

Bring your leashed pup for a beautiful fall morning walk down the Eastern Trail for a great cause! This event raises awareness and funds for hospice care and support across Southern Maine. There will be prizes, food, Holy Donuts, music and lots of community spirit. The event will start at the Hospice of Southern Maine, and from there attendees will walk 2.25 or 4.5-mile routes of the Eastern Trail.

Grab your sneakers and Fido's leash for a day on the trails. You can enroll in a 5K walk/run or a 1-mile fun run that welcomes all age levels. After the race, enjoy music, vendors, doggy demonstrations, and more at the Health & Fitness Fair. Costumes are encouraged (but not required).
