Dog Events in Parrott, GA

This community festival features a chili cook-off, People’s Choice chili tasting, craft beer, live music, a curated vendor market and a cornhole tournament. Attendees can bring their leashed dogs, sample competing chili recipes, shop local vendors, and enjoy live entertainment!

This dog-friendly Halloween festival features campground trick-or-treating, a pet costume contest, group costume and pumpkin decorating contests, plus a campsite decorating contest. Guests can also enjoy a haunted hayride, games and raffles.

During the month of October, visit downtown Locust Grove with your leashed pup to enjoy the many scarecrows displayed at this fall community event! Businesses, families, schools, nonprofits, clubs and community groups create and display scarecrows for free. Visitors can enjoy the seasonal displays and participate in People’s Choice voting, while awards recognize the favorite downtown business scarecrow and best traditional scarecrow.

This dog-friendly holiday celebration features a festive Christmas market and a themed parade (parade begins at 6 PM). Guests can browse local vendors, enjoy seasonal festivities and watch colorful floats and entries make their way through the community.
