Dog Events in Swansea, MA

Leashed dogs are welcome with you to explore one of Newport's historic neighborhoods during this guided walking tour featuring stories of the people, places, and preservation efforts that shaped the area. Discover how Newport's architecture, craftsmanship, and historic homes reflect the city's journey from the Revolutionary era to modern-day resiliency. The tour takes place rain or shine, and includes walking over uneven sidewalks. Please note that dogs aren't permitted inside any buildings.

A seasonal, dog-friendly weekly happy hour on the outdoor deck where attendees may bring their leashed dogs. The resort offers a dog menu and specialty "puptails" with proceeds benefiting a local animal-welfare organization. Resort guests and the public are welcome!

Two- and four-legged friends are invited to attend monthly meetings at the dog park to bring community members together to coordinate volunteers, discuss park updates, and socialize with dogs.
