Two- and four-legged friends are welcome to enjoy this annual community festival featuring more than 500 artists creating over 200 colorful chalk murals. Visitors can stroll through impressive works of art while enjoying live entertainment, food vendors, and family-friendly activities throughout the event.

This dog-friendly Yappy Hour features cocktails, bites and signature “barkuterie” boards with fresh dog food from Furever on the hotel’s patio. Guests can meet adorable adoptable dogs from The Labelle Foundation, shop gift bags filled with goodies from local vendors and enter to win a Cleo&Hooman pet-care gift basket. A portion of event sales benefits The Labelle Foundation. Registration is complimentary but space is limited.

It's beer festival meets dog parade at this fun-filled event! Both humans and dogs alike are invited to join the festivities every weekend in October. Enjoy a gorgeous walk in the garden with your pup while you taste a variety of beers, take a spin and dance with your pooch, shop at a doggy marketplace, and let your pup show his skills on an obstacle course. Dottie’s at the Koi Pond will be serving up bratwursts, warm soft pretzels and other Bavarian favorites.

The Arthritis Foundation’s race is the original festive race for charity with your pup. It’s where you can strut your stuff in your favorite holiday costume. Bring a team of friends, family, and co-workers to run or walk. Please ensure your dog is kept on a leash. Check-in starts at 8 AM and the race begins at 9 AM.

Join this weekly LGBTQ+-friendly dog park meetup for a morning of off-leash play and community connection. Dog owners, trainers, walkers, allies, and their pups are invited to gather in the all-breed section to socialize, meet new friends, and enjoy time outdoors together. All dog sizes are welcome. Look for Arkaz, a short bearded man with glasses and dark curly hair, with Buggy, his black Cocker-Pug in a trans pride bandana!

This dog-friendly meet-up is hosted by the Downtown Long Beach Alliance. Dog owners bring their leashed pups for a short group walk through downtown Long Beach to socialize and connect with other dog owners.
