HELP! Flying show cat from Berlin germany to Melb Australia

Hoping to get some advise on the cheapest way to fly my kitty 1 way from Berlin Germany (Tegal Airport) to Melbourne Australia.
Hoping to fly as excess hand luggage-but i can't get past Dubai?
Does any 1 know of any airlines that fly animals decent price to Australia?
