Probably a 3 1/2. Nice grass area, doggie bags available. Limited breakfast. Even though we have dogs, the room smelled strong. The evening staff member was very friendly.

Smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed. In There was literally no room for our dog’s bed so we left it in the car. Also no restaurants close to hotel. On the plus side, there were nice open fields surrounding the hotel so our dog could run.

We found the hotel through Petfinder late at night on the way to Florida. I think the room was very small for the price and the "complimentary breakfast" was pitiful. The biggest problem was that the bed was so tall, our dog couldn't get on or off of it. She was not permitted in the lobby during the breakfast. Pretty disappointing.

Room was average, could use some updating. No coffee at breakfast was told the system had been down for weeks. No nearby restaurants at this exit. Not worth the room rate charged.

Nice little hotel in a quaint quite place right off the interstate. The rooms are a little small (hence the name Microtel?) but clean and comfortable. Staff couldn't have been more friendly. Lots of grassy areas with sidewalks aplenty for dog walks. There was a coffee maker in the room but no cream/sugar and there was no brewed coffee in the reception area. BUT there is a Waffle House and a Striplings General Store within walking distance. If Striplings doesn't have it you don't need it. Will definitely stay again as a halfway point between our home in Florida and my son's home in Tennessee.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was quiet and the wide open spaces were amazing to take our dog for a walk. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again! Our room did not have carpet but it was really appreciated as a pet friendly room sometimes can develop a smell with carpet! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Sara made the stay worth the money. Hotel is quiet and off the beaten path a bit, however that was a plus since we live city life. This is our second stay. First stay was during remodel, second was staying in the remodel. This is our goto place on our way down to Florida. We have stayed here three times now. It's a great property.

Plenty good. Was glad to find something safe and dog friendly.
3 things though: room smelled weird like fried stale food or someone's head odor, wiped some water up off the floor and the white towel was stained brown from the floor ( not clean) and smoke detector completely ripped off ceiling and in a drawer.

We were big fans of this hotel. We traveled with our 6-year-old pug, Peach and were super happy with the accommodations and the friendly staff. The rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. Carpet had been recently replaced in the halls and the lobby looked fresh and new. Rooms had hardwood floors which we prefer and appreciate in pet friendly hotels. Pricing was great and it was so conveniently located near the Georgia National Fair Grounds. Peach loved looking out the window from the window seat in the room and there is lots of grass and fields for walking around the hotel. Its also located right next door to a country store and Waffle House if you want to dash out for a quick meal or shopping trip. We will be back again soon!

We’ve stayed there twice while attending dog shows and it was perfect both times! Will be our hotel of choice anytime we are in or around Perry, Georgia!
