- RoseJun 7, 2022The hotel needs to be remodeled
The hotel has seen a lot of wear and tear. The exterior door to the hotel where our room was located did not close/secure, so any one could come in or if a dog got loose, it could push the door open and get out. The room smelled like urine and was musty. There were stains on the chair and low lying bedding. We turned on the A/C which helped, but the smell still lingered. The only good things about the hotel room was that the A/C worked and the bed was fairly comfortable. When we were going to checkout, there was no one at the checkout counter. We even rang the bell a few times…nothing. So, we just left. The price we paid for what we received was not equal. I would recommend staying at another hotel that accepts pets.

With regards to this hotel, it was adequate though old. There was a quasi grass area out back which was quite large. They did not provide pet bags (which is not a problem for responsible pet owners but is an indication of the management's feelings about pets) and no trash receptacles. So after picking up your dog's package you have to go in side and find a trash to deposit it. The room appeared clean.
