Casa Bàn.
Casa Bàn is a unique contemporary villa located in the beautiful countryside of Puglia placing itself between Sava, Manduria and Maruggio in the heart of the Salento and less than 10 minutes from the Ionian coast and beautiful beaches at Campomarino.
The property is a modern detached villa designed to maximise the beautiful southern European light, the recent construction merging seamlessly with the natural surroundings of the Puglia countryside was designed with a passion for clean lined elegance with finishes being hand picked to create an elegantly contemporary yet welcoming aesthetic that is a beautiful complement to the striking architure.
The villa is located on its own large private site with an abundance of fruit trees bordered by fragrant laurel trees and rosemary plants.
The house comes with a substantial swimming pool measuring 14m x 7m.
The property has four bedrooms the master suite has a generous dressing area and large en-suite. Two further spacious double rooms and one double room furnished with twin/bunk beds suitable for children. Each bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom. The villa has WiFi throughout. The villa has a large comfortable living room with Sky TV, DVD player and Apple TV where guests can add their own account details.
The property has a large modern kitchen with american style fridge freezer, microwave oven, five burner hob and a large dining table with seating for eight people. At the rear of the property is a terrace with direct access from each of the bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen.
Outside on the terrace is a large 8 seater table covered by a large pergola for Alfresco dining. The property comes equipped with its own large gas barbecue and a further barbecue at the rear of the property. The pool situated off the rear of the property has a large terraced area with two further pergolas with sofas and chairs .
It is less than 2km to local supermarkets and restaurants and less than 10 mins drive to charming seaside town, beach and marina at Campomarino. At night it is very popular with both locals and tourists with excellent restaurants and bars.
