The ground level entry is accessible by both stairs and a ramp. An elevator located immediately inside the foyer makes it easy for anyone with mobility issues to reach all levels of the house. You'll have a blast in the recreation room over a competitive game of foosball or billiards. To unwind, simply sit back with a drink at the wet bar. Rainy day? No problem! Enjoy family movie night in the media room with surround-sound speakers and Blu-ray Player or step outside on the covered deck to take a soak in the bubbly hot tub. Rest easy in a Master Queen Bedroom with attached full bathroom. Another bedroom with 2 sets of Bunk Beds can access a full-sized bathroom in the hall.

A conveniently located laundry room completes this level.
From the third floor, get the best of both worlds when you enjoy panoramic water views of both the Pamlico Sound and the Atlantic Ocean. Relax in a spacious open-style living area with cozy furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide plenty of natural bright sunlight and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The large kitchen features a corner bar with seating for 5, modern appliances, a wine rack, and comes fully stocked with anything you might need to serve up a tasty seafood masterpiece. Just a few miles down the road, you can go birdwatching and explore the marshes of the Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge or drive a few towns south to Buxton to climb the famous Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. The anglers in your group will love being so close to the Rodanthe Pier where they can try their luck reeling in a big catch.
