I had the pleasure of staying for 5 nights in May as a solo traveler with a large dog and I loved every minute! The cabin was spotless and fully stocked with anything I could have wanted in the kitchen. The bed was comfy & cozy which was needed after a days long hike. The location was perfect - just a quick walk to the main street shopping and lake. There are so many hiking trails close by that I had no problem finding a great trail to take my dog on. The area was quiet and peaceful ; you would never know there were other cabins close by. It's a sturdy cabin that can handle the clumsiness of a large dog. I didn't have to worry about the floors as they were concrete and easy to wipe up after dirty feet. They even left us a doggy gift upon arrival!
