Dunesbury: Pet-friendly, oceanfront home located in the Ocean Sands community in Corolla that offers a cozy getaway, easy access to the beach and use of the community tennis court.

Dunesbury will make your vacation as carefree as possible. The mid-level sun deck is well furnished where you can start your day with a cup of coffee while you breathe in the ocean air and make your plans for a fun-filled day or hang out on the screened-in porch with a favorite book. With a well-equipped kitchen, the chefs in the group will love preparing a meal any time of the day. The living area allows everyone to relax in comfort to watch movies, play games and create unforgettable family memories. The top-level king room offers ocean views and a private deck, and a queen room and two kids' rooms give everyone a comfortable place to retreat for the evening. Community Amenities: Dunesbury guests have access to the Ocean Sands community tennis courts. Note: Trailers, boats, and mobile homes/RVs are not allowed to be parked in the driveways of any Ocean Sands properties; parking is only permitted in the driveways of homes; golf carts and motorized carts/scooters/buggies are also prohibited in Ocean Sands.
Exploring Corolla: Dunesbury is located near the Currituck Club golf course, Harris Teeter grocery store, and several restaurants and shops. Explore the beautiful Outer Banks and all its treasures of historic sites, lighthouses, outdoor adventures, local restaurants, and unique shops.
Beach Access: Path to the beach is just south of the home.
No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly - 2 Dogs Maximum Allowed. Dogs allowed for an additional per pet fee.
Need a mini-getaway Dunesbury allows Nightly Stays (3-night minimum anytime)
All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
