Clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, and quiet. Bed and bedding were top notch. Beautiful shower with great water pressure and hot water. I’ll be back again.

Newly updated Mid-Century modern residence in the heart of Central Phoenix. Super comfy beds! Large open kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Pets stay for free with us. VERY private heated swimming pool surrounded by tall greenery. (Pool is heated at no charge) Located in a quiet historic neighborhood of Central Phoenix and close to fabulous dining, bars and services. Sought after location! 2 car garage! We support equality!
Other things to note Pool heater is set at 85 degrees between the colder months of October to May. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may drop below the 85 degrees. Pool is heated at NO additional charge to the guests.
