When you book this 22-sleeper property, you're reserving two fully-equipped homes on the same 2-acre parcel. Each house, accommodating 10 and 12 people respectively, offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, and ample space for revelry. Two fire pits beckon stories under the stars, making it perfect for unforgettable moments.

Excitement knows no bounds with our rugged trike track, playground, and playset—designed to captivate kids and adults alike. Picture little ones racing on trikes with super-cool helmets, while the playground entices with a slide, rock climbing wall, tunnel, and bridge.

Best yet, the kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a meal your whole party will love including full size appliances.

We just completed a total top to bottom renovation of this historic property. We hope you find it fun for both kids and adults alike, we hope your stay is one you will remember for years to come.
The Neighborhood:
This house is located off of HWY 180 right in Grand Canyon Junction, it is one of the closest Airbnb properties to the entrance of the Grand Canyon. There is a gas station and mini store within it walking distance away, and Williams has grocery stores which is 20 - 30 minutes away.
Getting Around:
Parking at the property is easy and guests can park for free just to the right of the houses as you pull in. It is not an easy area to get Ubers or Lyfts so we recommend having a car if you are going to be staying here.

- This listing is available for hosting events. Please contact us for arrangements.
- Approval is required for adding more guests than the maximum allowed, with an additional charge of $50 per additional guest per night.
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras located on the front porch of each home and facing the front door. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.
We are located 30 miles north of downtown Williams. This puts you closer to the Canyon than most homes in the area and allows easy trips to other destinations since you are so centrally located.
