Ideally located 4.5 km north of Valencia City Centre, 2 minutes walk to beach and overlooking the communal pool. Supermarket, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Apartment is newly refurbished with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open plan lounge, dining kitchen area.
