This four-bedroom plus sleeping/living area home is situated in an ideal location just blocks from a bay-side beach, popular restaurants and bars. Less than a mile to the Ocean City public beaches and boardwalk or a 15 min drive from Assateague State and Federal parks beaches. Bright, airy, with 9' ceilings and lots of windows, this uniquely designed home is fun and relaxing for your extended family or group. It is decorated with tasteful art and design elements. As you enter this unit you will feel as though you've just stepped into a model home. You will be struck with the high ceilings and the generous room sizes and the large modern kitchen with wrap around counters. The 4th bedroom and 5th sleeping area are on the ground floor and share a full bath between them. One has a queen bed the other has a queen sleep sofa. The 5th sleeping area/downstairs living room also has a big screen tv with play station 4 for off hours gaming fun. With four bedrooms plus an additional sleeping area and 3.5 bathrooms, this home sleeps up to 12 guests (10 adults) and is ideal for a large family gathering or a number of couples visiting the coast together. Head east 2 miles to walk the historic, three-mile long Boardwalk with its carnival games, seaside treats, street-performers, and unique shops. Head 5 miles north east and check out the rides at the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park. West about 5 miles is Frontier Town water park and rides.
