    Urban Lake House allows pets of any size for an additional fee of $75 per pet, per night, plus a refundable deposit of $75 per night. Both dogs and cats are welcome, but exotic pets are not allowed. Food and water bowls are provided in the room. A litter box is provided for guests with cats. There is an off-leash area for dogs on the property.

      Safe Stay: Urban Lake House has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Contactless check-in and check-out are available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks. This property does not require health documentation at check-in.
