I checked in and was told they didn't have any clean rooms, I had already paid for the reservation. I was then offered an upgrade. I had reserved and paid for a King suite. There was a dirty, used face mask on the dresser, the curtains were difficult to open and close, the floor was not clean, and the air conditioner barely cooled the room! The breakfast that was advertised was a bag with a fruit cup and a tiny nutrigrain bar. I would definitely not recommend this motel.

Safe Stay: Baymont by Wyndham Cookeville has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the Count on Us (Wyndham) cleanliness and sanitization policy. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks. This property advises that guests without full COVID-19 vaccination must wear masks.
