When I made the reservation I called the hotel to see if it was there policy to clean the room every day. They said they do not clean the rooms until checkout. My 81 year old husband frequently wets the bed, so I asked if they would make an exception. The hotel said a note has been added to the reservation. On check in I asked again and was told the room would be cleaned each day. Well this hotel has no integrity. They were telling a lie. The room didn't get cleaned. They failed to live up to there commitment.

Overall the hotel is very nice. Staff very friendly and everything very clean. Our room was nice but it felt like there was no soundproofing. We could clearly hear everything in the hall and surrounding rooms which meant we had a very poor sleep and our dog was constantly disturbed.

When I got to the hotel at 10:30pm the front desk person was emptying trash outside & told me he’d be right in. 10 min later he was checking me in to the 4th floor, unaware that I had a dog. He was angry that I didn’t call after I made my reservation on this app to verify I was getting a pet friendly room. After which he charged me another $20 for my dog. Very clean nice room after a 30 min angrier check in process.

Lovely room on first floor near exit. Lots of area to walk around outside. Quiet and comfortable. It’s the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in with a dog!
